Fabrics & WALLPAPER

Our fabric AND WALLPAPERS are designed in-house by Annie Coop and printed in Australia. The collection is printed on a selection of high quality linens, polyester AND MATT FINISH WALLPAPER for residential and commercial interior projects. Our fabrics AND WALLPAPER are printed to order with a lead time of TWO to eight weeks. All of our fabrics are designed for interior use only. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product is fit for purpose for the end use you envisage.
When ordering please allow + / - 5% tolerance on all pattern repeats and widths given.

CUSHIONS

OUR LINEN CUSHIONS ARE MADE TO ORDER IN SYDNEY AUSTRALIA WITH A LEAD TIME OF ONE TO FOUR WEEKS.

Samples

Samples of our fabrics and wallpapers are available for purchase through our online shop, trade SECTION, VIA EMAIL and DIRECTLY THROUGH our showrooms. Large returnable samples are available UPon request to trade clients. We strongly advise purchasing a sample before purchasing meterage.

Trade ACCESS

We offer trade ACCESS to INTERIOR designers, architects and makers who are a registered businessES. If you are located in our of our showroom regions, please contact the showroom directly before applying for trade Acess.
Once submitted and reviewed, you will receive an email to confirm your application.

Colour & Scale

We always strive for colour accuracy but please note that colours shown on the website are a representation only. Please refer to the actual product sample.

Ordering

a selection of our products are available to purchase through our online shop. IN OUR trade section YOU CAN REQUEST A QUOTE OR PLACE A PURCHASE ORDER FOR A WIDER SELECTION OF TRADE ONLY PATTERNS. yOU CAN ALSO ORDER by email, or by appointment in one of our showrooms. 

Delivery

Fabric orders will be shipped by Annie Coop once production is complete except for weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number when the order has been dispatched.

Sample orders will be shipped by Annie Coop within 48 hours of placing an order if the selected patterns are in stock. If the selected pattern(s) is out of stock, they will be dispatched within 7 to 10 days of placing an order. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number when the order has been dispatched.

Archived pattern SAMPLES ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND will be dispatched within 7 to 10 days of placing and order . You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number when the order has been dispatched.

In Australia, we use reliable courier services who deliver to listed street addresses within 3-10 business days depending on rural and metropolitan locations. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

For orders outside of the Australia, we use reliable courier services to listed street addresses. Local customs duty may be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Annie Coop is not responsible for payment of this duty. In the event of additional custom fees, the shipping company may contact you once your items are with customs to let you know any additional costs to release your item. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods are held at customs. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.

We shall not be liable for delays and/or failures in delivery if the courier cannot gain access to the property.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Returns

Annie Coop fabric is printed to order and we do not accept returns unless your products are received damaged in transit, or if the product is faulty.

Due to the nature of our fabrics and the printing process, variations and characteristics such as slubs and knots do occur. Very occasionally these variations and characteristics prevent print dye from covering the full surface of the fabric. We believe this gives our fabrics a distinctive and unique character. You will accept that these product characteristic cannot be classified as faulty

Please note that cut fabric AND WALLPAPER cannot be returned. Please ensure you check your lengths of fabric on receipt of your order and before cutting it.

Please check your order before installation. Should you believe your item is faulty, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Upon delivery please inspect and check that no items are damaged. If goods are damaged you should sign for as such upon delivery and contact hi@anniecoop.com within 24 hours of delivery including photographic evidence of the damage.

We do not take responsibility for goods that have been damaged after delivery as a result of poor handling or storage.

Returns must be delivered to us within 14 days of when the item(s) was received.

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.

Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return delivery, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Please allow one week from when we receive your return for it to be processed.

Please ensure you enclose your name, address and telephone number or email with any item you return to us so we can process it more quickly.

Orders Outside of Australia

For international orders (outside of Australia), please email hi@anniecoop.com and we will create a return shipping label and deduct the cost from the amount to be refunded. If you organise your own return shipment, you will be responsible for any taxes and duties incurred.

Refunds

If the item returned meets our returns policy, you will be credited the amount minus any shipping costs to the original payment method you used. If you are IN THE trade and you wish for this to be added as credit against your account please discuss this with us on a case by case basis. Please note, we will not cover decorator costs or any other additional costs that arise as this is solely your responsibility.

**If returning faulty items, return shipping costs will be refunded on receipt of the goods back to Annie CoopER Textiles PTY LTD
